2.3. Ensure initiatives deliver business value, ROI, and strategic outcomes.
3. Drive Enterprise Transformation
3.1. Lead and coordinate enterprise transformation programs, ensuring alignment across the organization.
3.2. Ensure consistent application of project methodologies and governance standards across all initiatives.
3.3. Resolve cross-functional risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks impacting strategic delivery.
4.Enhance Executive Visibility & Governance
4.1. Establish enterprise-level dashboards covering all strategic initiatives.
4.2. Provide consolidated insights to CEO and senior leadership for decision-making.
4.3. Facilitate enterprise steering committees to monitor strategic execution.
5. Build Enterprise PMO Capability & Governance Model
5.1. Lead and develop the Project Execution Office as a central governance and coordination function.
5.2. Define and standardize project management practices across business units and collaborate with IT PMO for alignment.
5.3. Foster a culture of accountability, execution discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.
