Job Purpose:
The Export Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating export shipments from booking to final departure and delivery. This role ensures accurate documentation, smooth customs export clearance, on-time shipment movement, and effective communication with customers, overseas agents, airlines/shipping lines, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage export shipments (air freight / sea freight / international parcel) from pickup to final destination.
• Receive booking requests and arrange shipment schedules with customers and overseas agents.
• Prepare and verify export documents, including:
o Commercial Invoice
o Packing List
o Air Waybill (AWB) / Bill of Lading (BL)
o Shipping Instructions
o Export customs declaration
o Certificate of Origin and other related export documents
• Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, and transport providers for booking and cargo movement.
• Arrange pickup and delivery schedule with warehouse and trucking teams.
• Follow up on cargo acceptance, flight/vessel departure, and shipment transit status.
• Coordinate export customs clearance and ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Provide shipment status updates to customers and overseas agents.
• Resolve shipment issues such as booking changes, flight delays, cargo discrepancies, or documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update operation systems.
• Coordinate with finance team for billing, costing, and payment follow-up.
• Ensure all export operations follow company SOP and compliance requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
• Another task will assign by management.

Requirements / Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in export operations, freight forwarding, courier, or logistics.
• Good knowledge of export procedures and customs regulations in Cambodia.
• Familiar with export shipping documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good English communication (spoken and written).
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and email.
