Job Purpose:The Operations Executive – Import is responsible for managing and coordinating all import shipments from origin to final delivery. This role ensures smooth customs clearance, accurate documentation, timely cargo movement, and strong coordination with customers, overseas agents, airlines/shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate and monitor all import shipments (air freight / sea freight) from origin to destination.• Prepare and verify import documents:o Commercial Invoiceo Packing Listo Air Waybill (AWB) / Bill of Lading (BL)o Customs declarationo Delivery Order (DO)o Prepare document for apply Import permits, Tax Evaluations, CO or related certificateso Update ASYHUB.• Liaise with overseas agents, carriers, and suppliers regarding shipment status and schedules.• Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with import regulations.• Track cargo arrival and arrange delivery to customers.• Handle shipment updates and provide timely communication to customers.• Resolve operational issues such as customs delays, missing documents, shipment discrepancies, or delivery exceptions.• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for cargo receiving and dispatch.• Maintain shipment records and update internal accurately and Prepare operational reports.• Ensure company SOP and compliance requirements are followed.• Support billing team with shipment costing and document verification.• Another task will assign by management.

Requirements / Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.• Minimum 1–2 years experience in freight forwarding, or logistics.• Good knowledge of import procedures and customs clearance in Cambodia.• Familiar with shipping and customs documentation.• Good communication and coordination skills.• Able to work under pressure and solve operational issues quickly.• Good English communication (spoken and written).• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and email.
