Manage daily inventory and spare parts operations for the Premium Bodyshop.
Check receiving, issuing, returning, and storing of parts.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper stock organization.
Monitor stock levels and follow up on parts orders and shortages.
Coordinate with Bodyshop, Purchasing, Suppliers, and other teams to ensure parts are available on time.
Conduct regular stock counts and investigate any discrepancies.
Prepare inventory reports and monitor slow-moving or aging stock.
Support and guide the inventory team to ensure smooth daily operations.

3+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or automotive parts.
Experience in an automotive workshop/bodyshop is an advantage.
Good knowledge of inventory and stock control.
Good Excel and inventory system skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Good English communication skills.
