1. Financial Management & Reporting

2. Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports.

3. Monitor financial performance and analyze profitability, cost structure, and operational efficiency.

4. Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

5. Provide financial analysis to support management decision-making.

6. Cash Flow & Internal Control

7. Monitor and control daily cash collection and reconciliation, especially for COD and delivery payments.

8. Establish and enforce financial control procedures to reduce risk of cash mismanagement.

9. Manage company cash flow planning and liquidity management.

10. Budgeting & Financial Planning

11. Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.

12. Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances between actual and planned performance.

13. Support strategic planning through financial modeling and analysis.

Accounting Operations

1. Supervise accounting team in AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger management.

2. Ensure timely bank reconciliations, payment processing, and expense control.

3. Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors on compliance matters.

4. Process Improvement

5. Improve financial systems, reporting structures, and internal controls.

6. Work with operations team to implement efficient financial tracking for logistics operations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
3. Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or trading companies is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash management, and internal controls.
5. Experience managing high-volume transaction environments is an advantage.
6. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
7. Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
