- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.- Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when appropriate.- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving basic concerns.- Prepare and set up dining areas before service and clean up after service.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.- Process guest bills and handle cash, card, or digital payments accurately.- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations.- Assist with inventory replenishment and basic stock control when required.- Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
