• Collect and clean data from multiple sources.
• Support analysis to identify basic trends and user behavior.

2. Growth & Market Support
• Support the team in identifying growth opportunities from both data and market observations.
• Stay updated on customer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Contribute ideas to improve user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Apply common sense and basic market understanding when reviewing data.
3. Campaign Execution Support
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Help prepare campaign setups (target list, tracking, basic mechanics).
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) for campaign rollout.
• Monitor campaign performance and flag any issues.
• Support post-campaign analysis and reporting.
4. Performance Tracking
• Track key metrics such as conversion rate, retention, and campaign performance.
• Support in evaluating campaign results and identifying areas for improvement.
• Help ensure campaigns are running efficiently and within budget guidelines.
5. Data Tools & Systems
• Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau) for reporting.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency in reports.
• Support basic automation and data preparation tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and SQL (BI tools are a plus).
• A good understanding of digital products or user behavior is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
