Job Summary
Lead nutrition education efforts in Phnom Penh, guiding outreach, coaching teams, and promoting healthy practices that improve community well-being. This manager-level role combines supervision, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced health-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Supervise daily nutrition advisory activities and support team performance.
● Deliver accurate nutrition guidance and educational sessions to target audiences.
● Monitor program implementation and ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen outreach.
● Review progress, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to activities.
● Support training, coaching, and development of staff and field educators.

● Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Health Education, or a related field.
● Proven experience in nutrition, health promotion, or community education.
● Previous leadership or supervisory experience, preferably at manager level.
● Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
● Ability to organize programs, track results, and prepare clear reports.
● Professional, proactive, and able to work with diverse stakeholders.
● Good computer skills; proficiency in English and Khmer is an advantage.
