• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and legality

4. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor medication stock levels and expiry dates
• Ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals according to regulations
• Assist in stock receiving and inventory checks                                                                                                                                        

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies
• Maintain proper documentation of controlled drugs
• Follow safety procedures and healthcare standards                                                                                                                           

6. Customer Service Excellence

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer concerns related to medications or products                                                                                                                   

7. Collaboration

• Work with store staff, supervisors, and healthcare teams
• Support promotions of healthcare products and pharmacy services

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Valid pharmacist license (required by local regulations)
• Experience in retail pharmacy is an advantage
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
