● Support HR and admin tasks such as filing, data entry, documentation, and record keeping.● Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.● Maintain employee records, attendance logs, and other HR-related information accurately.● Prepare letters, reports, and internal documents as requested by the HR team.● Coordinate office supplies, visitor handling, and general administrative support.● Help organize onboarding, meetings, training sessions, and company activities.● Communicate professionally with staff and support day-to-day office operations.

Yêu cầu công việc
● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.● Entry-level candidates are welcome; internship or admin experience is an advantage.● Good communication skills in English and Khmer; Chinese is a plus.● Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.● Positive attitude, service-minded, and willing to learn in a team environment.● Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.● Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with staff at different levels.
