A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1.  Stationary Controller & Purchase (Monthly Task)
2.  Control uniform for staff
3.  Control admin drivers & company vehicle
4.  Control All company vehicle licenses (Street tax, business license, truck inspection, Logo tax with GDT, Logo tax with RKS, truck insurance)
5.  Control and buy first aid and prepare a list of how to use it (used by staff at the office and Warehouse)
6.  Control List staff ID card and print staff ID card
7.  Prepared budget staff sharing condolence and maternity visit
8.  Control monthly Petty cash expense
9.  Collect and deliver all staff assets (New staff and Staff resigned) and do the exit clearance
10.  Control meeting room and Minivan booking
11.  Hygiene and gardening control by organized staff to do daily to make sure cleanliness and look green
12.  Prepared to announce the new staff joining day in the group
13.  Sort listing and contract for appointment to candidate for interview and support some HR docs
14.  Recruitment and assist in recruitment activities: job posting, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.
15.  Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR database.
16.  Support employee relations, staff engagement, and disciplinary processes.
17.  Assist in monitor staff attendance, leave, and overtime records.
18.  Support travel arrangements, events, and meeting logistics.
19.  Assist in general office management to ensure a smooth operation.
20.  Flexible and ability to do in some urgent tasks
21.  Any others task assigned by manager

: 2 - 4 year of experience in this career

Education

: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related field.

Computer’s program

: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

: Good command of both written & spoken English

Personal Qualification

: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
