Supervise new employee orientation and coordinate employee engagement activities
Handle employee inquiries and manage disciplinary matters professionally
Assist in employee training, development, and fostering a positive company culture
Support management in reviewing, revising, and updating company policies
Ensure company policies and procedures are effectively implemented
Stay up to date with employment laws and HR best practices
Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth operations
Resolve workplace issues and support a well-organized working environment
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
Ensure administrative systems and documentation are properly maintained
Support internal communication, meetings, and company activities
Enforce company rules and regulations across all departments
