Job Purpose:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration. This role ensures HR processes are implemented effectively in line with company policies, labor laws, and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Support workforce planning and succession planning activities.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support.
• Assist in handling employee relations issues in line with company policies.
• Support HR initiatives such as staff engagement activities and welfare programs.
3. Performance & Development
• Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
• Coordinate training needs assessment and training programs.
• Monitor employee progress and development activities.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRIS system.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
5. Administrative Support
• Assist in payroll preparation (attendance, leave, overtime data).
• Manage HR documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, Cambodian Labor Law (or relevant local laws).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
