Job SummaryJoin a growing real estate development company and take charge of HR operations, payroll, and office administration. This role supports smooth people processes, compliance, and day-to-day workplace efficiency in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities● Manage payroll, attendance, overtime, leave, and employee benefits accurately and on time.● Ensure payroll compliance with labor law, tax rules, and company policies.● Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.● Handle employee inquiries and provide timely support on HR matters.● Supervise office administration, facilities, supplies, and company assets.● Coordinate vendors, meetings, and internal company activities.● Prepare HR, payroll, and operational reports for management review.

Yêu cầu công việc
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.● At least 3 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to payroll and C&B.● Good knowledge of labor law, payroll processes, and HR best practices.● Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.● Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.● Able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
