1. Develop and implement efficient hiring strategies that support business objectives.
2. Collaborate with recruiting managers to better understand staffing requirements, prioritize openings, and match recruitment efforts with corporate goals. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles.
3. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient process.
4. Help establish and improve the organization's employer brand in order to attract top talent.
5. Manage compensation and benefits discussions, submit job offers, and smooth the acceptance process.
6. Professionals are under pressure to search a thin talent pool for the right applicants in a short period of time.
7. Implement, coordinate, and recommend improvements to internal rules, policies, and processes.
8. Serve as a worker’s representatives, role model for other employees
9. Maximize internal resources and build relationships with HR peers
10. Using multiple sources (People Soft, exit interviews, performance management etc.)
11. Collect and analyze data to identify work place trends, themes and workforce attributes
12. Draw in specialist resources as necessary propose solutions, programs, policies, etc.
13. Address trends, themes and workforce attributes identified
14. Conduct Exit interviews and analyze data to determine trends
15. Track HR related activities and provide ad hoc reports/statistics to support departmental goals and initiatives
16. Provide advice and counsel to hiring managers on job description development, selection criteria, sourcing and interviewing candidates
17. To handle staff performance management in probation and annual evaluation
18. Up to date all Organization Chart with all department
19. Counsel employees on career development and guide them on resume writing for internal career opportunities.

  • Bachelor degree in Humane Resource Management, business administration, or a related field is valued as a solid foundation for the role.
  • Experience 5 years in Human Resources field, or in talent acquisition, recruitment/a relevant fielded is preferred
  • Strong capability in persuade applicant developing and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong Recruiting Analyzes and Engagement Vendor
  • Strong Computer Skill (Word Excel, Power Point, Mail Writing, Viso)
  • Excellent communication both (Khmer-English) and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Be proactive and challenge with the career.
