Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels regarding shipments, delivery status, rates, and service offerings
• Process customer orders, bookings, and shipment documentation accurately and timely
• Coordinate with Internal & External teams to ensure smooth shipment flow
• Track and monitor shipment status; proactively update customers on delays, changes, or issues
• Resolve customer complaints, claims, and service issues professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in internal systems
• Prepare and verify logistics-related documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and shipment reports
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards
Pricing Management:
• Develop and maintain pricing models and strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures to ensure competitive positioning.
• Review and update pricing policies regularly.
Sales Support:
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers and Account Managers.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and logistics teams to ensure feasibility and profitability of proposals.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing and quotations.
• Support Account Managers in negotiations by providing pricing analysis and recommendations.
• Assist in contract preparation and documentation.

Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pricing, Sales support, Customer Service or similar roles in logistics and shipping industry.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with logistics or liners’ booking systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in English 4 skills.
• Working knowledge of Import and Export processes including logistics System handling.
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail Skills & Competencies
