  • Manage and lead regional field teams and operations.
  • Supervise fiber installation, maintenance, and upgrade projects.
  • Coordinate with planning, engineering, and procurement units.
  • Implement safety and quality standards in the field.
  •  Oversee field audits, incident investigations, and performance evaluations.

Scope of Work:

  • Strategic leadership across all regional field operations.
  • Align infrastructure rollouts with business and technical goals.
  • Lead field staff training, hiring, and performance reviews.
  • Plan budgets, track KPIs, and report to senior management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telecom or fiber optic infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing regional teams and large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of FTTx technologies and OSP/ISP operations.
