Payroll Account Acquisition

• Promote CASA & Term Deposit products during field visits

• Assess customer needs & recommend solutions

• Source customers via branches, agents, merchants, corporates, and referrals

• Support digital onboarding (eKYC, mobile app) & follow up on activation

CASA Deposit Growth

• Promote credit card products to potential customers

• Source leads through multiple field channels

• Assist with card applications and track approval progress

• Ensure card activation within required timelines

Customer Insights & Gemba

• Conduct customer pain-point interviews and observations

• Perform regular Gemba visits with proper evidence

• Collect customer feedback and log insights in Jira

• Identify gaps in service, product, process, or platform impacting customer experience

Insight Reporting & RCA

• Submit Field Insight Summaries within 24 hours after each visit.

• Accurately tag insights in Jira.

• Escalate urgent issues within 2 hours.

• Participate in RCA sessions with field-level evidence.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Skills:

o Strong understanding of retail banking products (Term Deposit, and Payroll product knowledge).

o Field sales skills, including customer qualification and basic financial assessment.

o Familiarity with customer experience tools such as VOC, Gemba, interviews, and time-motion studies.

o Good knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC, data privacy, and customer onboarding standards.

o Strong communication, rapport-building, and customer-centric mindset.

o Adaptable to various field environments (branch, agent, merchant, rural/urban).

• Experience and Profile Characteristics:

o 1–3 years in banking sales, customer service, field operations, or agent/merchant acquisition.

o Hands-on experience in customer acquisition and document handling.

o Experience conducting customer interviews, field observations, or market research.

o Exposure to cross-functional work with Operations, Compliance, Digital, or Underwriting teams.
