Account manager: As the primary owner of the customer interface, the account manager is responsible for planning, establishing, maintaining, and promoting customer connections and relationships. Represent customers before the company, understand and accurately convey customer requirements, drive internal and external resources to provide business solutions, and effectively achieve business goals. Represent the company at the customer interface, resolve customers' business and network issues, improve customer satisfaction, and build a mutual trust partnership.

  • Establish and manage the customer relationship platform: Plan, develop, maintain, and improve customer relationships; manage customer expectations and improve customer satisfaction; establish a win-win partnership with customers.
  • Promoter of customers' business success: Understand customers' pain points in strategies, business, and networks. Identify, influence, and resolve customers' requirements, provide solutions, and help customers achieve business success.
  • Leader of sales projects: As the leader/core member of the project team, cultivate the market, seize opportunities, and achieve project objectives through effective project operations.
  • Responsible for E2E transaction quality: Be responsible for E2E transaction and operation management of projects, align with transaction quality, and effectively achieve business goals.
