- To provide accurate and timely legal advice in variety of legal topics, especially in the sector of payment service, banking and finance

- To draft, review internal policies, regulations and process of the Company pursuant to the laws and regulations on payment service and other related regulations

- To draft, review, negotiate contracts with partners of the Company

- To prepare application and work with National Bank of Cambodia, Ministry of Commerce, General Tax Department, Council for the Development of Cambodia and other related competent authorities

- Other tasks related to corporate governance

- Other related tasks as the Legal Manager’s request

- A Law Degree from recognized university in Cambodia. Having Master Degree is an advantage

- Having at least 1-year-experience in a leading law firm or in a Legal Department of a Payment Service Institution or Bank is an advantage

- Having experience in regulatory affairs with National Bank of Cambodia, Ministry of Commerce, General Tax Department, or Council for the Development of Cambodia is an advantage

- Have knowledge and understanding of corporate, banking and finance laws and regulations

- Able to analyze situations and information

- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure

- Be enthusiastic and have spirit of responsibility
