  • Ensure company HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Monitor employee records and HR documentation for compliance accuracy.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and internal regulations.
  • Support audits and inspections related to labor compliance.
  • Handle employee relations issues in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Investigate HR compliance concerns and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure proper implementation of HR standards.
  • Prepare compliance reports for management review.

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in HR or compliance-related roles.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and HR regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and report writing skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good in Microsoft Office.
