  • Supervise daily logistics activities, including transportation, and order fulfillment
  • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other department(e.g, Purchasing, Warehouse, and production) to align logistic operations with company goals.
  • Analyze data to forecast logistics needs and plan resources accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations, including customs and ministry.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all logistics activities.
  • Supervise and mentor logistics staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
  • Tracks and report on Key Performance Indicators(KPIs), such as on-time delivery, transportation costs, and document accuracy.
  • Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with logistic service providers, suppliers and customers.
  • Address and resolves any logistic-related.
  • Post Customs Audit Report
  • Report related to customs, CDC, MOEF
  • Report Inbound and Outbound shipment.
  • Other task assign by manager.
