A Big Opportunity for ...

Monitoring & Collection PAR>90 days: Participate in resolving late repayment loans with branches, focusing on loans that are overdue for more than 90 days.
Push/support LWO: collection to relevant responsibility.
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance advice to branch staff and stakeholders gave strategy for resolving loan late.
Define & Strategy: Identify/find the causes of late payments and set resolution strategies.
Bank representative: Process to work with lawsuit against the client in court, response loan of cut process with authorities.
NPL performance managing: Tracking & update the NPL performance, monitor the progress of the loan status in the branch and consolidate the monthly overdue report by region.
To provide training/refreshment on Loan Management and Collection Procedure offering to build related staff’s competency as needed.
Other tasks required by line manager.

At least bachelor’s degree from Business, Administration, Banking and Finance or Economics or other equal certificates.
At least 5 years’ experience in Microfinance and Banking sector.
At least 1 years’ work experience in loan recovery collection.
Be responsible and committed to completing the given tasks within the deadline.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical skills, good at data analysis and report writing.
Initiative and critical thinking
Good in English (writing and Speaking)
Sound in computer (MS. Word, Ms. Excel, PowerPoint…)
Be honest and have high commitment.
Can travel to province.
