• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex or urgent merchant concerns.
• Analysing support trends to recommend enhancements in tools, processes, and policies

Yêu cầu công việc
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
•2+ years of experience in merchant support, account management, or customer service (preferably in e-commerce/retail).
• Strong customer service skills with proven ability to manage multiple merchant accounts effectively.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, marketplace operations, and relevant analytical tools
• Excellent communication and people skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, managing tasks and deadlines efficiently
