  • Configure, manage, and maintain Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Provide Tier 2 level support for Microsoft products include Office 365 suite, Defender, Intune, Entra ID, etc
  • Assist in planning, deploying, and managing Microsoft solutions, including Mail box migration and domain DNS configuration.
  • Configure and monitor security settings, including MFA, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and email security rules.
  • Up to date Microsoft CSP products license model and pricing include O365, Windows Licensing.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Office 365, including email delivery, authentication, and synchronization errors.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain call center software and hardware systems (ARIA CC and 3CX)
  • Good knowledge in performance of PBX systems, IVR, ACD, and dialers.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to telephony, software, and network connectivity.
  • Integrate call center systems with CRM and other business applications if customer required.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions or workshops for end-users and administrators.
  • Work closely with IT, operations, and vendor teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Coordinate with service providers for troubleshooting and system updates.

  • 2 years of experience in Office 365 administration or technical support roles.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD.
  • Good understanding windows license and call center SIP channel calculation.
  • Knowledge of call center systems such as 3CX, Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys is plus.
  • Familiarity with VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP), telephony hardware, and networking basics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and DNS settings for email and domain configurations.
