  • Monitor the performance and availability of systems, networks, and applications.
  • Administer and maintain monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, Cacti, and DataDog
  • Identify, report, and document incidents accurately and promptly
  • Work closely with relevant teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with partners and service providers to address and resolve technical problems.
  • Ensure all incidents and changes are recorded according to company policies.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Graduated bachelor’s degree of Information Technology, preferably in the field of Computer Science;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in NOC, IT operations, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of networking, system infrastructure, and application architecture.
  • Experience in configuring and onboarding systems into monitoring platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Khmer.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts (24/7 operations) including nights, weekends, and holidays.
