Monitor the performance and availability of systems, networks, and applications.
Administer and maintain monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, Cacti, and DataDog
Identify, report, and document incidents accurately and promptly
Work closely with relevant teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve issues.
Collaborate with partners and service providers to address and resolve technical problems.
Ensure all incidents and changes are recorded according to company policies.

Yêu cầu công việc

Graduated bachelor’s degree of Information Technology, preferably in the field of Computer Science;
Minimum 1 year of experience in NOC, IT operations, or a related field.
Basic understanding of networking, system infrastructure, and application architecture.
Experience in configuring and onboarding systems into monitoring platforms.
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Khmer.
Willingness to work rotating shifts (24/7 operations) including nights, weekends, and holidays.
