An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Contribute directly to the sales, profitability and business growth of the branch / bank.
  • Identify business opportunities from retail, high net worth and institutional clients including business referral to management.
  • Introduce, promote, market all bank’s products & services inclusive loans or deposits products, bank card, digital banking, fee-based transaction services, other service delivery channels & etc.
  • Achieved the business sales target, i.e. loans, deposits, cross-selling product target.
  • Expand the clientele based through networking, business referral, constant follow-up, met-up, cold calls & etc.
  • Attend to all customer enquiries, feedback, complaints on the bank’s products & services. Ensure complaints are resolved expediently and to customers’ satisfaction.
  • Attend & assist to customer needs in bank’s products & services application.
  • Collect and prepare all required documents / information from customers for all products & services including deposit & loan application and timely closure of business deals & in compliance with bank’s regulated policy.
  • Keep track of own sales performance, productivity & activities and prepare individual business performance reports.
  • Prospecting/Generate Leads, Qualification, Research, Pitch, Handle Objection, Close/follow-up.
  • Cross-Selling Product (all product/service exclude credit and deposit product) Do the cross-selling to new customers (CASA → VB App → Card → KHQR → others), Or existing clients for all bank products/services (Whatever product/service that customers are not using yet.
  • Other tasks will be assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as Credit Officer/Loan Officer.
  • Experience with Corporate/SME Loan is an advantage.
  • Good command in Khmer and English both writing and speaking.
  • Strong customers engagement and relationship.
  • Strong loan pipeline clients in market.
