● Previous experience as a dental assistant, clinic assistant, or healthcare support role is preferred.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, patient-focused attitude.● Basic knowledge of dental procedures, sterilization, and infection control practices is an advantage.● Able to work carefully, follow instructions, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced clinical environment.● Comfortable assisting with patient preparation, records, appointments, and front-desk coordination.● Able to work in Phnom Penh and collaborate effectively with dentists and clinic staff.
