Founded in 2006 by Dutch solar engineers and licensed by the Electricity Authority of Cambodia (EAC), Kamworks is a recognized leader in Cambodia’s solar PV sector, delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable energy solutions.  We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of solar PV projects, particularly within the commercial and industrial (C&I) segment.

Main Responsibilities

• Project implementation:
  • Sourcing materials and external services
  • Manage logistics, importation, and storage/warehousing
  • Oversee construction activities including training, supervision, quality control, and health and safety
  • Lead commissioning of completed systems
  • Coordinate with the investors and financing partners
  • Manage project financials, including acquired project budgets, budget planning, and cashflow planning
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients
• After sales services:
  • Lead and manage the maintenance team, including planning and scheduling of service activities
  • Manage warranty claims and coordinate effectively with supplier
  • Maintain strong client communication and ensure high customer satisfaction

Extra Responsibilities

• Project Identification and Acquisition:

• Identify potential projects, assessing feasibility, making proposals and presentations
• Prepare BoQ
• Communicate with client on the scope of work, negotiate the contract

Following professional background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Industrial Engineering or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience energy in industry in a Project Management role
• Effective performance management skill, Self-starter with excellent presentation skills
• Detail and result oriented
• Self-disciplined
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements
• Good communication skills, Fluent in English
• Familiar with safety protocols and procedures
• Flexibility to travel to project sites in various locations whenever necessary
