• Designs, implements, and monitors quality assurance protocols and inspection procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to establish clear and measurable quality benchmarks.• Investigates and analyzes the root causes of non-conforming products or process failures. They lead the development and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate the recurrence of defects.• Plans and conducts internal or external audits of manufacturing processes and suppliers to ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), such as ISO standards, and relevant industry regulations.
