• Actively manage relationships with existing customers and expand networks to attract new clients.• Analyze customer financial profiles and cash flow patterns to identify opportunities for deposit growth and optimize account balances.• Provide suitable deposit solutions, promote relevant banking products (e.g., savings, fixed deposits, cash management), and ensure timely and high-quality service to meet customer and bank requirements.• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or the bank

_Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field._Minimum 2–5 years of experience in banking sales, deposits mobilization, relationship management, or business development._Strong knowledge of banking products and financial services._Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills._Strong sales orientation with proven ability to achieve targets._Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
