• Grow loan and deposit (either lending-related or non-lending-related) within customer segment focus and business strategy.
• Grow CASA and improve CASA ratio for lowering funding cost.
• Grow revenue – an interest income and a non-interest income (which is included with both loan related fee income and fee-based income).
• Grow customer base from new to bank (NTB) and strengthen relationships with existing customers (ETB) for maximizing overall relationship value and business referrals.
• Strengthen business preposition of customer centricity and product mix for pitching NTB and building sticky relationship through product & service capability, and right banking solution.
• Implement and improve customer account plan, customer pipeline, and client call report as key tools for productivity measurement.
• Manage and control strategically on customer portfolio & asset quality through the execution of “first line of defense” approach and enhancing good clients onboarding.
• Conduct credit and operational risk assessment as per outlined in credit poli and guidelines.
• Follow onboarding procedure as well as KYC process within the segment as per process and guidelines.
