Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sale Consultant (Real Estate) to support property sales activities in Phnom Penh. The role focuses on guiding clients through the buying process, promoting available properties, and delivering excellent service while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist clients in identifying suitable real estate options based on their needs and budget.
● Present property details clearly and professionally to support informed buying decisions.
● Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requests in a timely and courteous manner.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
● Coordinate with internal teams and property owners to ensure smooth sales processes.
● Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, client information, and transaction updates.

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, marketing, or related field.
● Proven experience in sales, client service, or real estate-related roles is preferred.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and handle inquiries professionally.
● Able to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple client priorities.
● Good organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
● Proficient in using basic computer applications and reporting tools.
● Knowledge of Phnom Penh real estate market is an advantage.
