Job Description• Maximize sales and deliver the most effective and creative sales technique• Identify the needs of customers and provide a sufficient resolution in order to fulfill customer expectation• Greeting, presents product and accompany customer to visit the project.• Building strong relationship with customer and agency, Persuade customer to final close sales• Understand and update competitor’s movement and propose any new ideas to gain sales• Create your own digitals content to get more customer’s inquiry (leads)• Make cold/hunting calls to arrange meetings with and show potential customers around a property and answers all enquiries• Generate enquires from clients with regular follow up.• Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly sale report for management.• Another task will be assigned by direct superior or manager.
