Sales Management
• Develop and execute annual sales and commercial plans focusing on customer growth, distribution expansion, and sales execution excellence.
• Set annual sales targets, forecasts, and promotional calendars; oversee trade marketing and in-store activities. 
• Conduct weekly meeting to track progress, align strategies, and improve execution; review monthly sales performance and KPIs. 
• Prepare monthly commercial reports covering performance results, key initiatives, and market insights for management.

Distributor & Channel Management
• Strengthen distributor relationships to ensure effective coverage, execution, and market competitiveness. 
• Identify new distribution opportunities to optimize RTM and improve channel profitability. 
 
Brand & Marketing Execution
• Implement brand and marketing activities follow HQ brand strategy, communication direction, and guidelines.
• Work with HQ Marketing team to localize brand plans for the Cambodia Market, ensuring relevance while maintaining global brand consistency.
• Support in-store visibility, product launch, promotions, and trade marketing materials.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends; provide insight and recommendations to HQ.
• Evaluate marketing effectiveness and ensure alignment with brand and sales objectives. 

People Development
• Train, coach, and develop the sales team to enhance product knowledge, customer management, and execution capability.
• Build a high-performance team culture driven by motivation, accountability, and capability development.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Cambodian national.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making skills, and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Knowledge of distributor management and RTM strategy is an advantage.
