A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Deliver a high-level customer service to active and potential customers of the company
  • Monitor and report customer inquiries and complaints to the sales supervisor/manager
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer profiles
  • Use a variety of skills, including negotiation, consultation, communication (both oral and written), attention to detail, and following up, in order to close deals
  • Work with relevant departments to assist in following up with any issues related to sales
  • Understand and retain information about sales projects (prices, payment terms, unit number and size, added-value potential, and facilities)
  • Handle unit report properly and ensure accuracy of information in the report  
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sale reports to the sales supervisor/manager
  • Follow policies and procedures of the company
  • Execute other sales-related duties as deemed necessary by the sales supervisor/manager
  • Deal with people who have different backgrounds and personalities
  • Identify and satisfy unpredictable demand of clients
  • Highly flexible and competitive market
  • Quantity and quality of sales value
  • Quality of customer service and consultation
  • Accuracy and effectiveness of oral and written communication
  • Troubleshooting capability

Education

  • High school diploma or higher

Professional Experience

    • At least 1-year experience as a sales or marketing officer

Knowledge

  • Good knowledge of real estate industry and sales technology
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing concepts
  • Good knowledge of company structure and basic operation

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong oral, writing and presentation skills in Khmer and English (Chinese a plus)
  • Good leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt to new environments
  • Good command of office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Other Requirements

  • Honest, hard-working, friendly, organized, and results-driven attitudes
  • Willingness to learn and practice new skills
