  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for electric motorbikes.
  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities, dealers, and distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, partners, and key customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the EV industry.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular sales reports for management.
  • Coordinate with marketing, after-sales, and operations teams to support sales growth.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and handle major customer issues or negotiations.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and dealer meetings related to EV products.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, motorbike, or EV industry.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of electric vehicles, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
  • Willing to travel frequently and work in the field.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High level of motivation, responsibility, and problem-solving skills.
