A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee the daily activities of Sales Officers to ensure sales targets, KPIs, and call volumes are met.
  • Actively prospect new business for freight forwarding and integrated logistics while guiding the team on effective prospecting techniques.
  • Monitor and update the team’s sales leads and pipeline regularly to ensure a steady flow of business opportunities.
  • Supervise existing accounts and personally manage key client relationships to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Assist the team in negotiating price and service terms with customers and carriers; review team quotations to ensure accuracy and profitability before submission to the Manager.
  • Coordinate closely with the operations department to ensure shipments are executed according to client requirements and resolve any immediate bottlenecks.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for customer complaints or operational issues, providing timely solutions and follow-ups.
  • Consolidate and prepare weekly sales reports, revenue updates, and performance trackers for review by the Sales Manager.
  • Provide hands-on training and mentorship to Sales Officers to improve their selling skills and industry knowledge.
  • Perform any other operational or sales tasks as requested by the Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, or the trading industry, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Solid understanding of 3PL business, transportation, warehouse operations, shipping, and multi-modal logistics.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple client accounts and coordinating logistics workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) for data tracking and presentations.
  • Good understanding of logistics costing, profit margins, and competitive pricing.
  • Strong ability to address daily operational challenges and optimize team workflows.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
