1. General Accounting
•  Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
•  Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain the general ledger.
•  Ensure all financial records comply with accounting standards and company policies.
•  Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
2. Tax Responsibilities
•  Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns (VAT, WHT, and Corporate Income Tax).
•  Review invoices and documents to ensure proper tax coding and compliance.
•  Maintain updated tax records and supporting schedules for audit purposes.
•  Coordinate with tax authorities and auditors when needed.
•  Stay informed about current tax laws and regulations to ensure full compliance.
•  Assist in tax planning and advise management on potential tax savings or risks.
3. Costing Responsibilities
•  Entry cost data related to purchases, production, and operations.
•  Maintain and update product costing records and cost allocation methods.
•  Calculate and monitor cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory valuation.
•  Provide cost information for pricing decisions and budgeting.
•  Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure Inventory accuracy.
4. Financial Reporting

• General Accounting Officer – Job Requirements (JR)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Able to use accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Good command of Khmer and basic English
