PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Channel Sales Support & Execution
• Execute sales plans and activities to support channel sales targets.
• Assist in identifying and onboarding new partners.
• Maintain regular contact with assigned partners to ensure consistent business flow.
Relationship & Account Servicing
• Manage day-to-day relationships with partner sales teams and support their operational needs.
• Conduct product briefings and joint field visits to enhance partner engagement.
• Assist in renewal follow-ups and support upselling efforts within existing accounts.
Sales Activity & Training Support
• Support internal and partner sales teams with training on products and basic sales techniques.
• Share feedback from the field to help improve sales tools and partner effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities to the senior sales team.
Market Awareness & Feedback
• Gather competitor info and market feedback during field visits.
• Report insights and opportunities to management for refinement of sales strategies.
Reporting & Administration
• Maintain updated records of partner performance and sales activities.
• Prepare weekly sales updates and assist in compiling reports for internal review.
