A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Finding bidding and sales opportunities, analyze and identify their requirements, preferences, competitors status, budget and other key information.
  • Perform search engines, networking, meeting arrangement, direct visit, and identify potential prospects and lead generation to increase sales volume.
  • Approach, engage, collaborate, build and maintain strong relationship with new prospect, clients, contacts, acting as primary point of contact and taking perfect care of each customer/client's concerns, complaints, and grievances.
  • Assist manager in conducting customer insights, market trend analysis to understand each account's preferences, customer behavior, market information, anticipate future needs, develop solutions that meet their requirements and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Prepare vehicle test drive, and product presentation and assist customers to select the right vehicles that match their requirements.
  • Perform vehicle delivery, sold-out documentation, payment collection, and post-sales follow up to customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market situation, vehicle model trend, competitor's price and stock situation, industry development and our own product and service knowledge and propose idea to gain competitive advantage to management.
  • Drive sales by up-selling, cross-selling, and create value chain business opportunities with them.
  • Maintain good customer database, and update from time to time to ensure data accuracy in system.
  • Support in hosting events and sales-related events.
  • Prepare, review quotations, sales contract, bidding documents, sales proposal, reports, internal and external letters.
  • Perform duty in compliance to company rule, regulation and maintain high ethical standard and professionalism in all actions
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Yêu cầu công việc

  • BA in business management, economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing key account, with at least 3 years experiences in Sales Corporate Account
  • Good sales and negotiation skills with good relationship building skills
  • Pleasant personality, honest, hard working, and initiative
  • Detail oriented with a strong administration work
  • Good rhetoric, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Browser
  • Has a good driving skills with a valid driving license and understand clearly of the traffic law
  • Must be fluent in English or Chinese, and able to speak Thai, Vietnamese or Japanese is a plus
