● Perform site validation, testing, and quality checks to confirm solution performance.
● Document technical findings, implementation results, and improvement recommendations.

● Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
● Proven experience in telecom engineering, network integration, or FMC/FTTH implementation.
● Strong understanding of fixed and mobile network technologies, planning, and deployment.
● Hands-on experience with testing, troubleshooting, and acceptance of technical solutions.
● Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
● Experience in a fast-paced project environment with attention to quality and deadlines.
● Professional attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn new technologies.
