  • Recommend division to encompass defining IT objective aligned with business objective.
  • Support to design a comprehensive governance framework that covers all the critical policy, standard, processes, based line and procedures for the appropriate management of IT assets and usage.
  • Support to set up a thorough governance structure involving IT Governance which enables strategic alignment of IT activities with business expectations and gives guidance to optimize the IT resources utilization to the maximum extent.
  • Immense significance in ensuring ethical behavior and integrity within the entire IT division.
  • To make sure that IT activities and usage conform with the given laws, regulations, and standards for the Bank.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor Degree of Computer Science/Information Technology
  • Attended course such as COBIT, IS0/IEC and ISCA CGEIT; Certified to those International Certification is preferable.
  • At least 3 years of experience related with IT Corporate Governance
  • Working in Commercial Bank/International Audit Firm in related governance is often preferred.
  • Agile methodology adopting to IT Governance to meet business objectives
  • Strong tracking skill.
  • Good English and Communication skill.
  • Business relationship of IT Corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance; this role will be a critical interface between and the Channel and will be require presenting to the Leadership and the executive team when called upon to do so by the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Risk Officer and IT Security team.
