Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process for assigned categories, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain up-to-date purchasing records, pricing data, and supplier information in the system.
Strategically coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to meet project requirements and operational needs.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products by monitoring supplier performance and logistics.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value, including quality, price, terms, shipping, and service.
Prepare, review, and approve purchase orders and procurement documents in line with company standards.
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management and reduce costs.
Identify, evaluate, and source new suppliers or products to enhance the company’s procurement capabilities.
Control and review monthly supplier price lists and propose cost-saving initiatives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior purchasing staff, fostering team development and operational excellence.
Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by management, demonstrating leadership and accountability.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably with exposure to international sourcing.
Strong experience in overseas purchasing is highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with teams across all levels.
Dynamic, hands-on, and committed to achieving targets and deadlines.
