  • Establish a business strategy for attracting high net-worth customers.
  • Execute customer acquisition strategy to grow large number of profitable customers bases.
  • Work with Product Development and Marketing Department to build value proposition of Premier Banking from time to time.
  • Acquire & maintain an attractive portfolio of Premier customers.
  • Manage premier customer relationships to increase share of wallet.
  • Provide financial planning advice to Premier customers.
  • Run Premier campaign/activities to increase membership & sales.
  • Work towards achieving the target set by Head, Retail Banking.
  • Provide 1-stop financial advice to Premier customers.
  • Staff coaching.
