Lead end-to-end service solution design based on Huawei's service product portfolio, including solution drafting, cost estimation, quotation preparation, and value proposition documentation.

Act as the bridge between sales and delivery teams, conducting solution feasibility reviews with delivery and service departments during pre-sales to ensure deliverability and manage customer SLA expectations.

Lead or participate in commercial negotiations for service solutions.

Achieve and exceed quantitative and qualitative sales targets while building and maintaining a robust short-, mid-, and long-term pipeline.

Develop and sustain decision-chain relationships and rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of service solutions.

Understand operational delivery issues and coordinate to resolve customer concerns.

Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as required.

Demonstrated integrity with a passion to succeed and help others.

ICT background or service sales experience required

Customer-centric, self-motivated, and ambitious for career development within the organization.

Excellent capabilities in solution design, value presentation, and the ability to simplify complex solutions.

Good project management awareness, with understanding of basic service delivery processes and key risks.

Strong business negotiation capabilities, Excellent communication and presentation skills.
