• Develop and plan promotional campaigns (discounts, bundles, seasonal offers)
• Align promotions with sales targets and business objectives
• Coordinate promotion calendars with relevant departments                                                                                                       

2. Campaign Execution

• Implement promotional activities across stores and digital channels
• Ensure proper setup of in-store promotions (price tags, signage, displays)
• Monitor execution quality and consistency across locations                                                                                                              

3. Sales Support

• Work closely with operations and merchandising teams to increase sales
• Support product launches and promotional events
• Ensure availability of promotional products during campaigns                                                                                                 

4. Performance Monitoring

• Track and analyze promotion performance (sales, revenue, ROI)
• Evaluate effectiveness of promotions and suggest improvements
• Prepare reports on campaign results                                                                                                                                                     

5. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
• Communicate promotion details clearly to store teams
• Ensure timely implementation of all activities                                                                                                                                      

6. Customer Engagement

• Design promotions that attract customers and increase store traffic
• Support loyalty programs and customer campaigns
• Monitor customer feedback on promotions                                                                                                                                       

7. Compliance & Control

• Ensure promotions follow company policies and pricing guidelines
• Verify accuracy of promotional pricing and materials
• Minimize errors in promotion execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in retail marketing, promotions, or FMCG
• Strong understanding of promotional strategies and retail operations
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
