• Design marketing materials (posters, banners, flyers, POSM, packaging)
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines
• Produce engaging visual content for campaigns and promotions                                                                                       

2. Multimedia Production

• Create and edit videos for marketing, social media, and advertising
• Handle photography and image editing for products and campaigns
• Produce motion graphics and animations when required                                                                                               

3. Brand Consistency

• Ensure all creative outputs follow company branding standards
• Maintain visual identity across all platforms (online & offline)
• Support brand-building initiatives through strong design                                                                                                      

4. Digital Content Creation

• Develop content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing team for digital campaigns
• Optimize content for engagement and audience reach                                                                                                               

5. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and external agencies
• Understand campaign objectives and deliver creative solutions
• Provide creative support for store promotions and new store openings                                                                            

6. Project Management

• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
• Ensure timely delivery of creative materials
• Handle revisions and feedback efficiently                                                                                                                          

7. Trend Monitoring

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and multimedia technologies
• Apply innovative ideas to improve content quality and engagement

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
• 1–2+ years of experience in creative design or multimedia
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Knowledge of photography and video editing
