1. Tenant Sales Monitoring

• Track daily and monthly sales data from tenants
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales reports
• Monitor tenant performance against targets                                                                                                                                     

2. Reporting & Data Analysis

• Prepare regular reports on tenant sales and performance
• Analyze sales trends and identify performance gaps
• Provide basic insights and recommendations for improvement                                                                                                  

3. Tenant Coordination

• Communicate with tenants on reporting, performance, and operational matters
• Assist tenants with data submission and system usage
• Support in resolving minor tenant issues                                                                                                                                           

4. Business Performance Support

• Assist in implementing strategies to improve tenant sales
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to increase traffic and revenue                                                                                             

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure tenants follow mall policies and reporting requirements
• Maintain accurate records of tenant data and reports
• Follow internal procedures and guidelines                                                                                                                                           

6. Cross-Department Coordination

• Work with leasing, marketing, and operations teams
• Support tenant onboarding and store opening processes
• Assist in aligning tenant activities with mall objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in retail, mall operations, or business support roles
• Strong Excel and data handling skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
