1. Marketing Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and in-store campaigns
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of marketing plans                                                                      

2. Brand Support

• Maintain consistent branding across all stores and channels
• Develop marketing materials (POSM, signage, promotions)
• Support brand awareness initiatives                                                                                                                                              

3. Digital Marketing

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and publish content to engage customers
• Monitor digital campaign performance and optimize results                                                                                                 

4. Sales & Promotion Support

• Collaborate with operations team to drive store traffic and sales
• Support pricing promotions, campaigns, and product launches
• Track effectiveness of promotions and suggest improvements                                                                                    

5. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research
• Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve strategies                                                                                              

6. Vendor & Agency Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and marketing agencies
• Manage production of marketing materials
• Ensure quality control and timely delivery                                                                                                                                    

7. Budget Monitoring

• Assist in managing marketing budgets
• Track expenses and ensure cost efficiency                                                                                                                                       

8. Reporting

• Prepare campaign performance reports
• Track KPIs and provide actionable insights
• Support marketing manager with regular updates

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing (retail or FMCG preferred)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
